Why Teamspeak?--- Unlike Ventrilo, Teamspeak allows for independent hosting without having to acquire a business class license. With Ventrilo, the administrator in charge of renting the server is limited to only 8 slots, or forced to go through a third party in order to obtain a voice server with more than 8 slots. Since the administrator must go through a third party, there is no direct control over the quality and grade of the rented server. With Teamspeak, the administrator can host a server with an unlimited number of slots, and has direct control over every aspect and variable relating to the operation of the said server. Since it is run on the administrators machine, not through that of some hosting company, there is an absolute insurance that the voice server can be operated at 100% capacity and efficiency. For this reason, Infuzion runs a Teamspeak server instead of Ventrilo, even though Ventrilo seems to be the standard loved by the "herd" of blind users.
